What time is check-in and check-out?

  • Check-in is from 2:00pm  
  • Check-out is by 10:00am  

If you're arriving earlier or need a late departure, please contact reception before your stay and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. 

Can I arrive after reception closes?

Yes. If you're planning to arrive after reception has closed, please contact us during business hours so we can arrange an after-hours check-in and provide your arrival instructions.

Do cabins include linen?

Yes.  All cabin and motel accommodation includes fresh linen and towels.  Guests staying on caravan or camping sites should bring their own bedding and towels. 

Do your cabins have kitchens?

Many of our cabins include fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes. The facilities vary depending on the accommodation type, so please check the individual accommodation listings or contact our team if you have specific requirements. 

Is there free Wi-Fi?

Yes.  Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the park for all guests. 

Is there a swimming pool?

Yes. Our swimming pool is a great place to cool off after a day exploring  

Do you have BBQ facilities?

Yes.  Guests are welcome to use our BBQ area and camp kitchen throughout their stay.  They're perfect for preparing meals and enjoying time outdoors with family and friends. 

Is there a guest laundry?

Yes. Coin-operated guest laundry facilities are available for all guests, making longer stays easy and convenient. 

Do you have powered caravan sites?

Yes. Our spacious powered sites cater for caravans, camper trailers, motorhomes and RVs.  They're conveniently located close to our amenities and park facilities. 

Can I stay if I'm travelling for work?
